How to use it
Dry the stained grout or caulk, then run a continuous bead of gel directly along the stain. Leave it to work overnight, 6 to 12 hours, then rinse thoroughly; deep stains in porous grout can take a second night. Wear gloves and keep the room ventilated.

How often will I actually need this?
Less often than most cleaners, and that is fine. One tube covers a long stretch of touch-ups; most bathrooms need it now and then, not every week. Keep one ready and treat stains as they appear.
The stain came back. Did it fail?
If the stain returns in the same spot, moisture is returning too. The gel removes the stain; it cannot dry out a bathroom. Ventilation after showers slows the comeback.
Is this mold remediation?
No. It removes the stains mold leaves behind on grout, caulk and tile. Growth coming from a leak or behind a wall is a moisture problem that needs fixing at the source.
